  • How do I choose a plan?

    We offer three plans: Basic Starting at ($9.99/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Choose Basic for startups, Business for growing teams with advanced features, and Enterprise for large organizations requiring custom solutions and dedicated support.

    All plans include core modules. Enterprise adds unlimited users, on-premise deployment, and dedicated account management.

  • Do you offer a free trial?
    • Yes, free trial available on demand. Simply request a trial from our website or contact our sales team. No credit card required for the trial period. You'll get full access to all features for 14 days.

    • During the trial, you can test all modules, onboard your team, and experience the platform with no commitment. Extensions may be available upon request.

  • Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

    Yes! Annual plans include 2 months free (you pay for 10 months instead of 12). That's a 16.7% savings compared to monthly billing. Annual plans also include enhanced support and priority onboarding. Contact our sales team for enterprise annual pricing.

  • How do I make a payment?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual and enterprise plans. Payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateway. Invoices are generated automatically and available for download from your billing dashboard.

    Copyright ownership always remains with OWNIT. OWNIT's software, code, design, trademarks, and intellectual property are exclusively owned by OWNIT. Customers receive a license to use the software under agreed terms. Your business data remains 100% yours — we never claim ownership of your content or data.

  • Manage privacy settings

    Privacy controls are inbuilt into all systems from the get go. All our applications have built in two factor email based authentication and bot detection at login. You can manage data retention periods, export your data anytime.

    OWNIT servers are GDPR compliant and HIPAA ready and managed on State of the Art Tier III infrastructure. We never distribute your data to third parties. Full privacy policy available on our website.

    Enterprise customers can request custom data processing agreements (DPA).

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

    Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link within minutes.If you're still having issues, contact our support team for assistance.

  • How do I get the error log?
    • Error logs are available on demand. Cloud users can request error logs from the Support section in their dashboard. Logs are generated instantly and can be downloaded as a JSON or CSV file.

    • For self-hosted customers, logs are accessible via the admin panel . Our support team can guide you through log collection if needed.

    • Enterprise customers have access to real-time log streaming and can integrate with their existing monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, etc.).
